There's news about the highly anticipated Socom 4: U.S. Navy SEALs that will released April 19 2011. Socom 4 will have a co-op mode(online only) that will allow up to a maximum of 5 players to participate in specific and dynamic missions created specifically for this mode, these missions can be subdivided into two types,"Takedown"and "Espionage. " In Takedown we must neutralize a specific VIP while in Espionage we must sabotage enemy operations. I remind you that Socom 4 will have a competitive mode for up to 32 players and a new single player mode with 14 missions.
From the pictures it seems that the graphics has improved a lot, does not seem to Socom!
