With a release date set in a generic autumn 2011, this third installment promises to bebigger and meaner than its predecessor. In fact, thanks to the new graphics engineDICE (Frostbite 2.0), Battlefield 3 will enjoy the most graphic detail, more realism in terms of destructibility scenarios and improved animations. The main campaign(disconnected from that of predecessors) will circulate it in various locations includingParis, New York and Tehran is also giving us the opportunity to play in coop, even if you have not given details about it. As for the multiplayer mode you can play up to 24 playerssimultaneously (64 pc) and there will be four different classes that can be customized in appearance and in the crew. A limited edition has already been announced and will include a special bonus DLC that will contain four maps and different weapons and vehicles from Battlefield Bad Company 2.
The project, despite the limited information released so far, it seems rather ambitious(the development team is twice that of Battlefield 2) and points most probably to the titleof best FPS of the year ... we keep our fingers crossed!
